For New Zealand customers purchasing products shipped from our New Zealand warehouse, you may return any item within 30 days for a refund if you are not satisfied, provided the product is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (such as a copy of your bank statement showing the transaction or the online order packing slip).

For our Overseas Shopping, the prices fluctuate based on supply and demand in real-time. As such, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or swaps.
